Additional Information

Hourly Rates: We do not charge a callout fee. We only charge for the work carried out. There is minimum charge of 1 hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30 minute increments. All rates are subject to VAT.

Fixed Price: Written and verbal quotations are available from our engineers or we are happy to make an appointment for an estimator to assess your job. All quotations are subject to VAT.

Materials Used: Our engineers are well equipped with tools to complete most electrical services, however additional materials are not included.

No Additional Charges: ULEZ, fuel, travel times are all included for our 1-hour callout services.

Parking: Not included.

Congestion Charge Zone: Not included.

Our Guarantee

We have a 24-month guarantee which ensures that if any problem arises within a year of the service, an engineer will return to resolve the issue at no additional cost. This is a testament to the confidence we have in our work, and the importance we place on customer satisfaction.
